Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-16 · By using Packview you agree to these terms

1. Nature of the Service

Packview provides in-browser 3D packaging box structure preview, artwork, and die-cut (flattened) export tools. Box structures are generated by our own parametric box engine and can express common FEFCO/ECMA standard structures.

What this site produces is a design and communication aid; it is not the direct basis for production instructions.

2. Ownership & Responsibility for Uploaded Artwork

You are responsible for the intellectual property and usage rights of the artwork, fonts, trademarks, logos, and other material you upload. You represent and warrant that you hold legal rights or sufficient authorization to the uploaded material and that your use does not infringe any third party's rights.

Any ownership dispute, infringement claim, or administrative penalty arising from uploaded material is your sole responsibility; the platform does not review material and bears no vicarious liability.

3. Die-Cuts & Dimensions Are Production References

The die-cuts, dimensions, and process parameters generated and exported by this site are production references. Before mass production, verify dimension conventions, bleed, board thickness, material, and finishing processes with your printer, and use the printer's confirmed proof.

The platform is not liable for waste or disputes caused by going into production without printer confirmation.

4. Final Structural Compliance Confirmation

Box structures are parametric expressions of common industry structures; the platform does not warrant that any structure avoids infringing third-party patents, utility models, or industrial designs.

Whether a specific structure may be used for commercial production and sale is a final compliance confirmation you and your printer perform together; related intellectual-property risk is yours to evaluate and bear.

5. Disclaimer & Changes

This site is provided 'as is', with no warranty as to continuity of service, exported results, or perfect fit for any particular production environment.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; updates take effect once posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

6. Subscription & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments). Within 30 days of subscribing, if an exported dieline has a structural error that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

You can cancel your subscription or manage payment methods anytime from Manage Subscription (customer portal) in account settings; after cancellation, Pro access remains until the end of the current billing period.
