1. Information We Collect

Account information: when you register, we collect your email address, display name (optional), and password. Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes — we cannot read your plaintext password.

WeChat scan sign-in: if you sign in by scanning a QR code with WeChat, we receive and store your WeChat UnionID (a unique identifier within the WeChat open platform) and nickname, used to create and access your account. You can unbind WeChat anytime in Account Settings; closing your account deletes this information along with it.

Request information: the email and purpose you provide in forms such as beta sign-ups and production-export requests.

Plugin subscription email: the update-notification link in the Illustrator plugin leads to a subscription page on this site. If you actively submit your email and tick the consent box, we record your email address, subscription source (plugin or web), interface language at the time, and the consent text version, in order to send you plugin update notifications (major updates only). Notifications are sent only after you confirm the subscription; every notification email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

Design content: artwork images you upload in the editor are processed locally in your browser by default; they are uploaded and stored on our servers only when you use the Save / Share feature.

Anonymous usage data: page views and feature-use events (such as opening a design, exporting), page paths, anonymous session identifiers (randomly generated in your browser), referring pages (first 200 characters), and an inferred market (domestic / overseas) based on browser language. This data contains no account identifiers and cannot be linked to you.

Cookies & local storage: login sessions use httpOnly cookies (30-day validity); anonymous identifiers, recent-design lists, and UI preferences are kept in browser localStorage and deleted when you clear browser data.

2. How We Use Information

Providing and maintaining the service: login, cloud save and share of designs, and sending verification / password-reset emails.

Request handling: reviewing and enabling the feature access you request, and contacting you at the email you provided.

Product improvement: understanding feature usage from anonymous statistics to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, nor do we use it for personalized advertising.

3. Sharing & Storage

Information is stored on database servers we lease. Only where necessary to provide the service do infrastructure and email-delivery providers process the minimum required information (for example, delivering verification emails to your inbox).

Account information and design content are retained while your account exists; anonymous statistics are retained in aggregate form. Where laws and regulations require otherwise, those requirements prevail.

4. Your Rights

Access & correction: open the avatar in the top-right of the studio → Account Settings to view or change your display name, email, and password.

Deletion (account closure): Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. After password confirmation it takes effect immediately: your account, cloud designs, paid entitlements, and all request records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Browser-local data: clear your browser cache and site data to delete it.

If you cannot do it yourself, contact us via the details below to request access, correction, or deletion; we will process it within 15 business days.

5. Minors & Policy Updates

This site serves packaging design and production professionals and does not offer services to minors.

When this policy changes, it is posted on this page. Significant changes are announced via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
